About Me

All Within Youʼs story: told by our founder, Jo
So, I wanted to own my own spirituality and wellness business for a good while.
My career did help people. But it also meant chaos, living life on autopilot and surviving rather than thriving.
So when I suffered from an injury, I did what a lot of us do: I looked inwards.

Bad luck? Or divine intervention?
Iʼd bet my entire crystal collection that it was the latter.
‘Cause youʼre here with me right now.
Swapping the need to spring into action, and the noise of the nee-naw and flashing lights for the gentle pace of yin yoga and meditation was a big move.

And it wasnʼt always easy. But just as diamonds are made only under insane amount of pressure, after coming through the other end, they shine their light and dazzle.

As I journeyed through, destiny helpers helped me awaken, finally showing me that the power to reshape my reality was within me the whole time. Iʼm no different to you. The power is literally inside you
right now to change your life.
