If your product is faulty, we’re happy to exchange it for you. Because we’re all about showing the planet some kindness, we’re very anti-waste. So, unless your item is faulty, we won’t be able to offer an exchange. Because all of our products are infused with our signature (and time-consuming) Reiki energy, we’re unable to offer refunds on any of our products. Though we’re convinced you won’t want one, anyway!
